TOP MESSAGE

As a specialized aircraft maintenance company, MRO Japan has consistently supported aviation safety from Naha Airport, Okinawa, built upon a foundation of technical expertise and extensive experience inherited from our origins in airline maintenance departments.
“Safety is our top priority.” This has been the fundamental principle of our management since our founding—one we will never compromise. As professionals in aircraft maintenance, each of our employees brings solid technical skills and a sincere heart to their work, striving earnestly to maintain and enhance the quality that supports daily flight operations.
The year 2025, marking our 10th anniversary, was a year of significant leaps forward. We have demonstrated our technical capabilities through a wide range of achievements across both the public and private sectors. This includes the successful completion of government projects, such as the painting of the Japanese Government Aircraft, as well as new contracts from domestic airlines. Furthermore, leveraging our EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) certification, we have expanded our reach to include heavy maintenance for overseas customers and line maintenance for international airlines. These accomplishments serve as the foundation upon which MRO Japan now stands as we enter a new stage of growth.
In response to the demands of the times, we will continue to expand our business domains, including taking on challenges in new technological fields. The driving force behind this is our vibrant and dedicated workforce. With technology refined in Okinawa, we aim to support the growth of the aviation industry and contribute to the further development of the region. As a leading MRO in Asia, we remain committed to walking alongside the local community, contributing to the safety of the skies.
We look forward to your continued support and patronage.
